Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic

Building a home, sharing the love of Christ

From March 14-19, 2027, I’ll be traveling to the Dominican Republic to build a house for a family in need alongside Casas por Cristo, a Christian organization whose mission is to “open the door for local pastors and churches to share the love of Jesus Christ by serving.”

In a single week, a volunteer team builds a complete home (concrete foundation, metal roof, windows, and a door) and hands the keys to a family who never thought it possible. Their motto says it well: “Tired Hands, Blessed Lives.”

How your gift helps

Every dollar goes toward the cost of the trip and the materials that become a family’s new home. If you can’t give, I’d be grateful for your prayers: for the family who will receive this house, for the team, and for the local church that will continue to walk with them long after we’ve gone home.
